Robin's nest is 1900 square feet under air and 1,100 square feet of decking. There is a small dock on the property, great for watching sunsets, snorkeling and swimming. The home also has a dock slip at the Bluff House marina that can take a boat up to 30 feet. It is located on the bluff overlooking the Sea of Abaco and is adjacent to the Bluff House Beach Hotel with its two bars, two restaurants, Marina, pool and beach. Open concept kitchen, living and dining. Master bedroom has king bed, 10 foot shower with dual heads and dim-able up-lighting. Bedroom 2 has queen bed, en-suite bathroom with 2 separate sinks on either side of the shower. Adjacent side room can fit pop-up crib. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a twin bed. It shares a full bathroom with the house. The washer and dryer are inside the home, near the kitchen. Outdoor propane grill, too. The entire home. We have Jason and Jennie Bethel that will meet you and give you access to the home. I lived there for 16 years and am happy to help you understand the island and what to do! You are located just a 2 min walk to the Sunset beach bar, the Bluff House marina Pool, bar and restaurant, and the beach. I suggest you rent a golf cart to get to all the other beaches, restaurants and bars on the island, including the Ocean Beach. All are under 15 min away via golf cart. There are games and DVD's in the home as well! VHF Radio in the home for boaters. Bring your aux cable to connect to the sound bar for great music from your phone.
