House Rules

1. Responsible Occupancy: Guests are expected to treat Robin’s Nest with care and respect during their stay. The property is someone’s home, and any damages incurred due to negligence will be the responsibility of the guests.

2. Check-in and Check-out: Flexible check-in arrangements are available, with checkout required by 11:00 AM on the departure date.

3. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed at Robin’s Nest is seven. No additional overnight guests are permitted without prior approval.

4. Pet Policy: To maintain the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted at Robin’s Nest.

5. No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Guests may smoke outdoors but must dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

6. Safety Guidelines: Robin’s Nest is built on the side of a hill, with the upper deck elevated 20 feet above ground level. Guests with small children should exercise caution and supervise them diligently to prevent accidents.
